Therapy is provided in a variety of formats, however, I specialise in telephone/Skype therapy.

Telephone/Skype Therapy

This format gives a high degree of flexibility. Therapy sessions take place at your convenience and can easily fit around work and other commitments. I will call you at the agreed date and time once an appointment has been arranged, therefore the call will not appear on itemised phone bills. Sessions last for one hour.

Online Advice and Support

This format is referred to as guided self help. Workbooks are sent for completion via email and I will be available to provide help and support via email/text message as you work through these. This format is most suitable for those with mild symptoms who are looking for additional direction whilst being motivated to work at their own pace.

Face to Face Therapy

This format requires you being able to travel to Greater Manchester. The therapy chosen will be based on individual need, this will be agreed during the first session and will be reviewed regularly. All sessions are offered within a private clinic in Bolton. Flexible appointment times with a limited number of evening appointments are available. Sessions last for 1 hour.

Fees

Payment for all services is required in advance and can be made either by direct bank transfer or PayPal. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended will be charged at the full amount, any cancelled prior to this can be rearranged at no additional cost.

Service fees are as follows:

  • Initial consultation: £25 (please note this is not refundable if you do not wish to proceed with therapy)
  • Telephone/Skype therapy: £50 per hour
  • Face to face therapy: £60 per hour
  • Online advice and support: £50 per treatment package, this includes 4 weeks of online support to ensure work is completed in a timely and structured way.

Typically people require between 6-12 sessions but this can vary dependant on severity of symptoms and motivation to change.
